Your audience will leave with a strategy they can use today.

I've delivered 100+ keynotes for Fortune 500 teams, global conferences, and top universities. I speak about the creator economy, personal branding, and what it actually takes to build a business in the digital age.

The Creator Economy Playbook… What Every Brand and Creator Needs to Know Now

The creator economy is a $250 billion industry, and most companies are still figuring out how to play. This keynote is the playbook.

In this interactive talk, I break down where the creator economy is actually headed and what your audience needs to do about it. Drawing from a decade of building my own creator business and partnering with 100+ global brands including Adobe, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Meta, I give audiences a framework they can act on immediately.

We go deep on why traditional marketing is losing ground to creator-led strategy, how to build brand partnerships that actually convert, which platforms and formats matter right now (and which ones are noise), and how to build a personal brand that creates real business value, not just vanity metrics.

This isn't a talk where I will shout stats at you. it's a business strategy session disguised as a keynote.

Building a Personal Brand That Actually Makes Money FOR CORPORATE TEAMS & EMERGING LEADERS.

Everyone says "build your personal brand." Nobody teaches you how to monetize it. This talk changes that.

I built a personal brand that led to 100+ brand partnerships, a bestselling book, and a consulting business — starting from zero, with no connections, no funding, and a chronic illness that meant I couldn't follow the traditional career playbook. In this talk, I share the exact systems I used and now teach to the creators and founders I work with through Hosts of Influence.

Audiences learn the difference between having a following and having a business, how to create content that attracts opportunity instead of just attention, and the frameworks behind building a sustainable career as a thought leader. This is practical, tactical, and designed for people who are tired of vague advice about "showing up online."

The Resilience Advantage: How I Built a Career When the Playbook Didn't Apply

When chronic illness took the traditional career path off the table, I built a better one. This talk is about what happens when you stop waiting for permission and start building your own thing.

At 19, I was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and POTS, conditions that meant the 9-to-5 career path wasn't going to work for me. So I did what any entrepreneur would do: I figured out a different path. I started making content, built an audience, landed my first brand deal, wrote a bestselling book, and eventually built a consulting business helping other creators and brands do the same thing.

This isn't a talk about chronic illness. It's a talk about what happens when your constraints force you to think like a founder. Audiences leave with a new way of thinking about obstacles, creativity, and building something that lasts, whether they're launching a business, navigating a career change, or just need a reminder that the "right path" is the one you build yourself.
